Property Insight:  Home Rental Rates Rise Significantly Again in Hungary
Home rental rates in Hungary rose 7.3pc year-on-year in March, data compiled by the Central Statistics Office (KSH) from listings site Ingatlan.com show.

Rental rates in the capital increased 6.4pc.

In a month-on-month comparison, home rental rates were up 1.6pc both nationwide and in Budapest.

The median monthly rent for a home in Budapest stood at HUF 255,000 in mid-April.
