'Wok & Roll' Business Community Lunch, Corinthia Grand Hotel Royal, 11 April
Hotel General Manager Adrian Ellis introduced the Rickshaw Restaurant and also in his welcoming speech explained that networking events will be organized every month for invited Budapest business folk.
At this, the first such event, guests spent a few pleasant hours networking before being invited into the kitchen to learn how do prepare spring rolls. Everyone had a chance to roll one - which were then served, and enjoyed, as one of the starters. Wok dishes followed, to give the event its name: wok & roll.
At future lunch events guests are to sample culinary delights prepared by the creative Malaysian Chef Henry Betah. Budapest’s premier Asian Restaurant and Sushi Bar offers a unique combination of authentic cuisine from Malaysia, China, Thailand, Indonesia and Japan.
