Upon returning home to Hungary he has worked in several restaurants and hotel's restaurant as well. With these combined experiences he is said to be able to create a perfect mixture of international – especially mediterran – and traditional Hungarian cuisines.
1. Where did you grow up?
I was born in Szigetszentmiklós, but I grew up in Budapest.
2. Why did you choose to become a chef?
I have an individual idea about how food should be prepared and the way how to prepare it as well as a personal idea about the culture of gastronomy, and I would like to accomplish them.
3. What do you love most about Budapest?
The rich diversification in the Night life, the beautiful Chain bridge, are two of my favorite things in this great city.
4. Friends are in Budapest for a weekend - what must they absolutely eat?
Whatever I will cook for them, because it comes straight from the heart, therefore it will always be good!
5. What is your favorite street food?
I never eat on the street .
6. What is your favorite cuisine?
first of all the Hungarian cuisine, but as a chef I like almost all international cuisine as well, and I try to cook those cuisines as well.
7. What is your favourite piece of kitchen equipment?
A “Dick” knife what I one of my chiefs donated my in the last century
8. What career other than yours would you love to pursue?
I do not desire any other career
9. What’s a job you would definitely never want?
I would never do anything else except cooking, cause that is where my heart is and what I want to do, so I don’t think that I am suited for anything else.
10. Where did you spend your last vacation?
In Hungary.
11. Where do you hope to spend your next one?
In Hungary as well!
12. What was your favourite band, film, or hobby as a teen?
As a hobby, one of my favorite things to do is riding horses, and the little time I have free as a chef is spend doing exactly that. It allows me to take a break from the hectic life that the restaurant industry is synonym with.
13. What is your favorite “typically Hungarian” ingredient?
the vegetarian dishes how I like them

Both
15. Book or movie?
Book
16. Morning person or night person?
Night person, definitely!
17. Which social issue do you feel most strongly about?
Vulnerability of those who are not able to take care of themselves, poverty, starvation.

Buda side
19. Which achievement in your life are you most pleased about?
I’m the most pleased that I could keep being straight and honest.
20. What would you say is your personal motto?
Be an acting man, do not waste any minutes, because if you miss one day in your life, you’ll never get it back. And then you’ll amble after that forever…
21. Can you give one of your favorite recipes that can be made at home so that our readers can benefit from your experience as a chef?
Yes.
Steak Pizzaiola
4 boneless steaks
¼ cup olive oil
1 large green pepper and 1 large red pepper sliced and seeds removed
1 pound of sliced mushrooms
4 cups of marinated sauce
1 cup of chicken or beef stock
Salt and pepper as to your liking
1, Either on grill or in boiler, cook steaks until rare
2, While steaks are being cooked, heat up the olive oil in a large sauce pan on medium heat.
3, Add the chopped peppers, mushrooms and sauce, cook them for about 2-3 minutes
4, Remove the oil from the pan and place the steaks in it. Put salt and pepper as to your own liking, but don’t overdo it!
5, Add marinated sauce and leave it in the pan for about 5-6 minutes.
6, After that, remove the steaks and serve them on the plates. Let the sauce cook for 2 more minutes, reduce it and then pour sauce over the steaks. And you’re ready to serve the dish.
