Xpat Interview: Fabien Jeanneret
Born in Toronto, Canada and raised in Switzerland, I studied Political Sciences in Lausanne and have been for two years to study Mandarin Chinese in Beijing where I did not see the Olympics, only the long preparation and slogans. I used to teach in public schools in Switzerland and to tutor Chinese and International children in Beijing while I was studying.

I came back for some Months to Switzerland to teach once again in public schools and then had the opportunity to work on International Cooperation and Environmental Issues with the Regional Environmental Center for Central and Eastern Europe in Szentendre.

Yes, 2 years in P.R. China.

I'm just a newcomer and have studied Political Science, so I'd say the House of the Parliament. And probably go to one of the baths.

A very simple one amongst those I understand, Sajt.

It will probably sound childish, but space still evokes something fascinating to me, thus astronaut or astrophysicist.

Worker on a construction field in China, probably some of the worst conditions I ever seen.

11. Where did you spend your last vacation?
Last summer, 2 weeks in England for the wedding of two friends of mine.

12. Where do you hope to spend your next holiday?
I really hope to go back to Canada soon, hopefully this summer or autumn.
