I started my HR career at Invitel (earlier UTI, Vivendi) and I received a lot of experiences from my manager. I really appreciate that I could participate in a global change management process. After I joined a debt collection company where I built up all HR processes – prepared the job descriptions, evaluating system, compensation and benefits – so it was a success story for me and it was a great period in my profession life. Now I am HR Manager at adidas since 2010, with 12 years of HR experience, including 7 years working as an HR Manager.
I am an energetic, innovative, curious mind HR professional and down to earth focus on delivering business result. Business perspective has always been a priority for me. It is really important for me to understand and meet business objectives and understanding the support function of HR. As a member of the senior international management team I am adept in building relationships with various levels within the organization and with people of different cultural backgrounds
1. Where did you grow up?

Of course Lake Balaton! I try to travel there twice a month in summer and also in winter.
8. What career other than yours would you love to pursue?
When I attended high school I wanted to work as a child doctor but my life took a different direction.
9. What’s a job you would definitely never want?
I think where the job is so monotone and if I do not find any challenge in my job. I am a really innovative person so I prefer to do innovative things in the processes because I believe everything can be better.

I set up the cafeteria system in 2 companies which have worked well. A great recognition for me was when I attended the HR Master course this year as a presenter where I shared my experience and knowledge with other HR managers and participants who also work in this market. Since then there were some occasions when someone called me or looked for me because of my presentation and asked my opinion or my help. So that is the reason why I enjoy my work when I can help the others.
20. What would you say is your personal motto?
„Let’s cross that bridge when we come to it.” Let’s face difficulties as they happen and not worry uselessly about them beforehand.
