I have a love for what I do for a living and that is design. I find the beauty in almost everything and I enjoy the life I live. Interior architecture and design is not only my career path but also, my hobby and love.
As for my personality, I like to say that three things a person should have in life (among other things) is class, style, and wisdom. These three things tie in with others that can make a person more acceptable to the world and be a better person to others. I believe that being kind to others inspires them to be kind to one another. It is kind of contagious.
1. When did you arrive in Hungary and what brought you here?
I have been in Budapest for 6 months officially and work and family have brought me here.
2. Have you ever been an expatriate elsewhere?
I lived in Germany as a child not sure if that constitutes being an expat.
3. What surprised you most about Hungary?
I think a lot of things have surprised be about Budapest. For example being from the United States, Budapest had always been the “East” to me and I guess I not too shocked about the culture but it is quite different, however a nice surprise. The most odd thing I have run across are toilets with the shelves… you know what I am talking about.
4. Friends are in Budapest for a weekend - what must they absolutely see and do?
An absolute must for friends that have never been here are Heroes Square, the castle, and the parliament. Also, a good langos. How can you not like this?!!
5. What is your favorite Hungarian food?
My favorite Hungarian dish or food is from a restaurant called Zeller Bistro, it is a Hungarian grey steak with potatoes puree. Langos is a favorite also.
6. What is never missing from your refrigerator?
A must have in my refrigerator is avocado.
7. What is your favorite Hungarian word?
My favorite Hungarian word is a slang word. The word is csavarogni. I laughed the first time my Hungarian friend explained how to use this word.

If I can choose one important thing from home that I miss the most it would be living on the beach.
9. What career other than yours would you love to pursue?
There is no career that I love more than designing. However, I would love to drive F1 cars. That would be the ultimate dream.
10. What's a job you would definitely never want?
The job I would enjoy the least is not important, everyone has a purpose and mine just happens to include design.

My last vacation? I wish! I was in Egypt for my last vacation. I have been around the world, and never to Egypt. It was different to say the least.
