"The National Election Commission (OVB) on Saturday ordered LMP to stop offering prizes to activists as part of its drive to collect signatures for a referendum. The OVB said it is illegal to promise gifts to those who collect the most signatures in 24 hours. The prizes on offer are a bicycle, a trip to the European Parliament, and a dinner with the winner’s favourite LMP MP.

His lawyer, Jobbik MP Tamás Gaudi-Nagy, said the trial will continue at the Budapest Court as regards the sum of compensation.
