The International Wine Festival Budapest is the highlight of the year for wine lovers and is a great opportunity to taste award-winning Hungarian wines, with 5000 different kinds, and this year the best of Italian wines and gastronomy. Every September tens of thousands of people visit the Buda castle to celebrate at Hungary's greatest wine festival.

The festival classifies itself as an underground event, probably because of its location. The courtyard of the Dreher Breweries in Budapest Kőbánya district became a festival center once again from 26th -28th August.
