I had a brilliant weekend. I did the Lake Balaton Cross Swim. That’s a 5.2 km swim across the biggest freshwater lake in Central Europe. It was so rewarding and so much fun. In addition to the Margaret Island Open-air Stage entrance to the end of summer every Friday, Saturday and Sunday open from 11 pm to 17 pm in the Nostalgia train horses. The Hungarian Railway History Park can be viewed during the initial seven-car train horses, but who wants to try a horse-drawn procession, the weekend visit established under the amphitheater entrance space.

The 2013 Lake Balaton cross swimming competition is planned to take place on Saturday 20 july 2013. By tradition the 5.2-kilometre competition starts at Révfülöp port and finishes at Platan beach in Balatonboglár. Participants are welcome to start swimming anytime between 8 am & 2 pm.
