State railway company MÁV indefinitely cancelled all international train traffic after 8 a.m. Thursday, citing “safety reasons”. Passengers wishing to travel abroad will have to disembark within Hungary and transfer to trains run by foreign companies. Utair launched the service between Vnukovo airport and Sármellék near popular holiday resort Hévíz last year, operating it weekly on Sundays between March and October.
