- 28 Sep 2017 8:58 AM
- food & drink
Written by Mr. Yuzu. As the name would suggest, it’s a Mexican place. Although I didn’t see any mezcal on the menu. But let that be the only problem with this restaurant. Did I say restaurant? Sorry. My bad. I meant to say sh*thole!

Written by Mr. Yuzu. I’ve been here once before a couple days after they opened and it was pretty good. Not outstanding, but good enough for me to come back a second time. Well… this time it was not so good.
Restaurant Review: Hachapuri Budapest - Great Georgian Grub
- 19 Sep 2017 8:58 AM
- food & drink
Written by Mr. Yuzu. We’ve been here about a dozen times and everything has been tasty and fresh. If there is something you don’t like ask the waiter if it’s in your food or not because they don’t write everything on the menu that goes in their dishes. The little Georgian “pizzas” are excellent, I really like the little nut ball appetizer spreads. Their soups are really good as well.

Restaurant Review: Budapest Barbecue Company

Written by Mr. Yuzu. 'BBC' produces the most authentic BBQ in Budapest, in my opinion. This is the only place where you can actually see the red line caused by smoking, on the outer rim of the brisket. Everything is always fresh and comes out hot. I would say the ribs are a bit hit and miss, we’ve had ribs here that were fantastic and a couple times they were really fatty and not that tender.
Restaurant Review: Börze In Budapest - Things Can Only Get Better?
- 1 Sep 2017 8:46 AM
- food & drink
This place looks pretty dang good! I love brass things, and this place has plenty. The lights are mostly brass with some wood and leather accents. I love it. The only thing I didn’t quite like are the counters, it kind of looks like mozzarella pieces in red dirt, but whatever, the place looks great. The wait staff is super nice as well without being cheesy. However, those are the only good things ...
