Dine on dishes such as: smoked goose liver terrine, date purée, blood orange jelly, unagi and caviar Pan fried turbot fillet with crispy chickpeas, kapia paprika gel, fennel, courgette and truffle Kir Royal sorbet with Champagne and gold leaf Lava stone-grilled venison fillet, dill and curd cheese stuffed filo pastry, chervil root purée, fermented cucumber chutney, goulash sauce Royal Ball chocolate pudding with forest berries, silver and lemongrass jelly.

Royal Midnight Buffer 1am - 2am
Our post-midnight selection is well worth the wait. Sample roasted eggplant, goats cheese, sundried tomato and herb focaccia, mini pittas with pesto chicken, arrugula, aioli Charcuterie selection from mangalica breeder András Bari with pickled vegetables, marinated roast beef, cous cous salad, mint, parsley Royal lentil soup, bread and butter selection and baked queen’s pudding with sauce Anglaise.

Unlimited house wine, beer, soft drinks and hot beverages are included.
