Last weekend marked the annual National Gallop on Budapest’s Heroes’ Square as one of the city’s main attractions was taken over by jockeys and horses. At the end it was János Németh from the Southern town of Baja who won the finals of the 8th National Gallop, winning the cup as well as the 5 million HUF cash prize and an original Hungarian hussar sabre dated back to the mid-19th century.

Tourism ties with China are expanding and will play a role in the “One Belt, One Road” project aimed at intensifying international economic relations, Economy Minister Mihaly Varga said on Wednesday.
