Barceló Plans To Build Hotels In Budapest, CE Region

Spanish hotel chain Barceló is looking to expand across the CE region and is currently scouting locations to build hotels in Budapest, Vienna, Bratislava and Prague. Alejandro Martín Alvarez, Barceló’s director for the Czech Republic, told the server e15 that the hotel operator is focusing on Prague 1 and hopes to buy a new property within a year.

Ticks are small spider-like insects that feed by inserting their mouths into the skin of a host and slowly taking in blood. During the feeding process they can transmit infections through their saliva. The tick´s saliva also has a numbing effect and so the bite can go unnoticed. In Central Europe the two most common diseases transmitted by ticks are Tick-borne encephalitis and Lyme Disease.
