Prosecution investigators have begun to examine the basis for a complaint made by tax office chief Ildikó Vida against the US embassy’s chargé d’affaires. Vida is suing Andre Goodfriend for defamation and she also filed a complaint with the Central Investigating Chief Prosecutor’s Office on the ground of “public defamation causing serious damage”.
