Museum+ continues in 2013. We look forward to seeing you in 2013 at our Museum+ evenings with extended opening hours and theme programmes.Events are still scheduled once a month on Thursday evenings but at alternating venues: the Museum of Fine Arts and the Hungarian National Gallery.

Vajdahunyad Castle, the picturesque landmark in Budapest's City Park, is hosting a Christmas market until 23 December. Along with the fair stalls set up in the courtyard of the castle, visitors can see seasonal performances and hear Christmas concerts. The Margaret Island Budapest Water Tower Reopens

On May 2nd 2012 the famous landmark reopens to the public with the first Hungarian visual exhibition. The more than a 101-year-old Margaret Island Water Tower is an industrial monument of Budapest, which is situated on Margaret Island, one of the most beautiful islands of the Danube, which runs through whole Europe and flows between Buda and Pest.
