Restaurant Review: Hachapuri Budapest - Great Georgian Grub
- 19 Sep 2017 8:58 AM
- food & drink
Written by Mr. Yuzu. We’ve been here about a dozen times and everything has been tasty and fresh. If there is something you don’t like ask the waiter if it’s in your food or not because they don’t write everything on the menu that goes in their dishes. The little Georgian “pizzas” are excellent, I really like the little nut ball appetizer spreads. Their soups are really good as well.

Recipe Of The Week: Pork Pörkölt (Hungarian Meat Stew)
- 19 Oct 2016 8:00 AM
- food & drink
A flavorful stew, Pörkölt is redolent with the fragrance of paprika and bell peppers. It has few ingredients, and is surprisingly easy to make. Save time by using boneless pork chops and cubing them after they are browned. There should be enough salt in the canned tomatoes to season the stew, but if not, add more to your taste.
