A high ranking RWE representative met state officials and Budapest mayor István Tarlós last week, as the city owns 50% of the company. Retail shareholders have 0.17% of Fõgáz shares.

The joint venture company will be set up by Wildhorse, which already has ongoing projects in the region near Pecs, along with state owned rehabilitation company Mecsek-Oko and mining company Mecsekerc.
