The Hungarian films “Our Women” (Nejem, nõm, csajom) and “Aglaya” will be two of the many films showcased at the 17th annual European Union Film Festival in Chicago during the month long festival in March, which focuses on only the finest films from countries in the European Union.

With new names added to the line-up there are more than twenty international stars playing at the 22nd VOLT Festival this summer. Due to a huge demand Hurts will return this year to Sopron, while thousands are eagerly waiting for the live shows of Nero and Modestep as well. Karnivool, the chart topping Milky Chance and The Strypes – opening for the Arctic Monkeys - are also part of the program.

The winner of this year’s Brit Awards, also regarded as the band of the year by all relevant music forums, Arctic Monkeys will be performing at this year’s VOLT Festival! Not being in Europe during Sziget Festival the band agreed to please their fans in the region by playing a massive gig on 6 July (Sunday), right after the regular days of VOLT. Tickets go on sale this Friday.
