Prior registration ahead of parliamentary elections is necessary because elections cannot be held any other way, Fidesz executive vice-president Lajos Kosa asserted in an interview with Vilaggazdasag. For a year he worked as a law clerk on a city council and from 1986 to 1990 he worked at the Sociology Research Institute of the Hungarian Academy of Sciences.
