Police are looking for a suspect in his early twenties who targeted two police officers in a bomb attack in central Budapest late on Saturday, the national chief of police said. Two police officers, a 23-year-old woman, and a 26-year-old man, were injured when walking past a ground-level shop near the Grand Boulevard, doing their regular rounds, at 10.36 pm, Károly Papp told a press conference.

Last night around 10:30 there was an explosion in front of an empty storefront at 2-4 Teréz körút. Two policemen, a man and a woman, both in their twenties, were seriously injured. According to early reports, the explosion took place inside the store, but eventually it was ascertained that the detonation of the anti-personnel nail bomb occurred outside. Hundreds of nails have been found nearby.

Paprika and goulash immediately come to mind as typical Hungarian cuisine, as deeply rooted as spaghetti in Italy. One thing is for sure: Hungarians like to eat meat. Zsuzsanna Lévai, the young owner of Halkakas fish bistro, has been going her own sweet way, offering fresh product at favourable prices since 2012.
