The warmest summer month is here, and now its time for the hottest design fair in Hungary, WAMP, to be held again in downtown at Erzsébet Square. The event, which started off as an equal rights demonstration for lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and other sexual minorities, has gradually broadened into a week-long festival of events.

Budapest’s open-air 'Festival of Bubbles' is on from today, Thursday, until Sunday evening. 25 exhibitors are there with more than 100 bubbly beverages, including champagne, prosecco and many varieties of sparkling wine. During the festival Hungarian bands will be performing live on stage in the heart of Budapest at Erzsébet Square's 'Akvárium', entrance is free!
