Due to the ongoing pilots strike, Lufthansa has cancelled 1,706 flights on Tuesday and Wednesday, including most of those to and from Hungarian airports, the German airline announced on Monday.

A recent Tripadvisor review sums up this resort perfectly, "We travelled with three young kids and had a fabulous time. We knew the resort was isolated from hustle and bustle and that suited us just fine. Rooms were great, very spacious, all the staff were extremely helpful and polite. Pool and facilities for kids were great. Breakfast was excellent," James Matmurray.

A boat will ferry public transport passengers between Batthyány tér in Buda and Kossuth tér in Pest from December 3, when the Kossuth tér metro station will be closed, the Budapest Transport Centre BKK announced.
