Hungary’s competition office GVH said that it levied a 1.2 billion forint (EUR 3.6m) fine on Facebook.

Hungary’s Data Protection Authority Demands Facebook Protect Users’ Privacy

Facebook must provide written guarantees that it would not disclose the transcripts of users’ voice calls to third parties, or else Hungary’s data protection authority (NAIH) will ban the service provider from doing so, NAIH chief Attila Péterfalvi told MTI.

As of 9 July Europe used up all domestic fish resources, according to the World Wildlife Fund. They say Slovakia ran out of domestic fish resources on February 18, Romania on February 29, Bulgaria on June 1, and Hungary is poised to run out on August 17.
