The Vivicitta Spring Half Marathon is part of a 2-day long event which is all about running. On Saturday the focus is on shorter races for the less experienced runners while on Sunday runners can choose between a half marathon (21 km), a Vivicitta (10 km). With distances ranging from 750 m to 21 km everyone in the family can find their own challenge and welcome the spring by running.

The Hungarian Jászság Folk Ensemble was established in 1971. The members of the group live in Jászberény, which is a town 80 kilometers far from the Hungarian capital city, Budapest. A 12-hour concert in Budapest’s Sports Arena on Sept. 26, backed by a civil initiative, will be held to promote the fight against child poverty. At least 40,000 children in Hungary have no regular access to quality food, the statement said, calling on the government to prepare a new network of free meals for children to reduce this number.
