Community Announcement: Help Make Budapest Markusovszky Ter Clean On 4 September

"We will clean Markusovszky Ter, site of the old, Tilos-run Kultiplex. We will pick up trash and enjoy a newly cleaned square with food and drinks from cafe Zacc. The aim is to make this large square with so much potential more appealing. Many tourists pass by the square as they go between the Applied Arts museum, Raday utca and Kalvin Ter. It's a shame that its state has gotten so bad.

"Finally a gorgeous weekend in the countryside. We still had to put a fire in the buboskemence the first night, but the sun was shining and we were actually in shorts! The Bodva River flood came up to the fence, and left about 45cm of ground water in the basement, but otherwise the house was thankfully untouched, as were our immediate neighbors. Born in 1983, Éva Polgár started her piano studies in 1990. In 2001, she was admitted to the Sibelius Academy in Helsinki, where her teacher was Hamsa Al-Wadi Juis. Éva finished her studies in Helsinki in 2008, and at her diploma concert was honoured to play Beethoven's 3rd concerto with an orchestra conducted by the famous Finnish conductor, Okko Kamu.
