Miguel Rocha Vieira, Executive Chef of Budapest's Michelin star-winning restaurant Costes, beat off the competition of some of Portugal's top chefs to win a place on the judging panel of the Portuguese version of Masterchef. With the cooperation of German, Romanian and Hungarian museums, a new website was launched this week on the life and history of Swabian communities along the Danube. Project manager Tamás Szalay told a press conference in Pécs that the initiative aimed to strengthen cultural, historical and economic ties between the German diaspora and Hungary, Romania and Serbia.
