'Wine Wednesday' @ Hungarian National Gallery, 18 September
The National Gallery's most popular series of events will this year again offer an unusual museum programme for art and wine lovers. Art lovers in Budapest can enjoy special exhibitions, exciting guided tours, live music and wine tasting on this date.

The themes of this year’s 'Wine Events' will be based around the recently renewed permanent exhibitions, with the final programme focusing on the international collection and the Modern Times exhibition of twentieth century art.

With the support of a financial institution committed to innovation and sustainability, and with the recommendation of Fanni Hatos, sommelier at the Michelin-starred SALT restaurant and the Wine Association’s wine liaison, this year’s events will be special:

The first in the history of the programme to offer the opportunity to present Hungarian natural wineries, which are internationally renowned and recognised, whose wines are made from grapes grown using organic or biodynamic approaches, without additives.

Xpats are warmly invited to the 'Wine Wednesday' in September to enjoy the wonderful panorama from the terrace of the National Gallery in the company of like minded people and a couple of glasses of fine wine.
