More than 400 distillates await pálinka-lovers here at one of the most spirited festivals of the autumn season. The Pálinka and Sausage Festival will be held in the courtyards of the majestic Buda Castle. Enhanced by an exciting gastro selection, desserts made with pálinka will have their own special place at the festival, including pálinka bonbons and cream desserts.
