Hungary’s debt management agency (ÁKK) will soon issue a new Hungarian Premium Euro Bond (PEMÁK). The ÁKK said on Tuesday said that the new PEMÁK bonds would be available for purchase exclusively at the Hungarian State Treasury. The ÁKK sold the entire stock of its most recently issued PEMAK bond, the 2016/Y, on Jan. 10.

The number of guest nights in commercial accommodation in Hungary rose an annual 4.6% to 1,305,000 in December, the Central Statistical Office (KSH) said on Monday. The increase slowed from a 7.1% rise in November.

German engineering giant Bosch said it plans to raise headcount at its bases in the Hungarian cities of Miskolc, Hatvan and Budapest this year. A decision announced last November to move production of woodworking tools from Switzerland to Miskolc (NE Hungary) will create 320 jobs by the end of 2016, Bosch said.

“Vodafone Hungary has increased its 3G mobile internet coverage to 98.3%, reaffirming its leading role in mobile internet services,” the company’s chief executive Diego Massidda Announced Monday. He added that Vodafone’s broadband coverage was already exceptionally large in comparison to both Europe as well as the entirety of the Vodafone Group.

The Budapest Zoo is constantly blessed with newcomers. A new generation of nyala antelopes has arrived in December, both are females, Nina and Amira have both given birth to one calf. In 2013 eight common agoutis were born altogether, and now on 14th January one more has arrived.
