The British Ambassador to Hungary was born in London, in 1951. He was educated at Latymer Upper School, Hammersmith, and then at the University of Surrey, where he graduated with First Class Honours in Linguistic and Regional Studies (German, French and Law) in 1974.

The American International School of Budapest (AISB) held its annual and wonderful International Festival on Sunday. This event was organized by the school's Parent-School Association and benefited many charitable organizations.
