The Human Resources Ministry has allocated Ft 27 billion among hospitals as part of the year-end closing. Some Ft 2 billion was given to the Budapest medical university SOTE, and Ft 1.6 billion to the Debrecen medical university.

To assess the prospects for bank financing in the CEE real estate sector, KPMG surveyed 35 of the region’s leading banks. Despite the gloom, real estate projects with a strong business case do receive finance. It’s a typical scene in the region.
