The Richter Flórián Circus on Saturday auctioned off in Budapest canvasses painted by elephants in a bid to help injured Malaysian elephants. The paintings fetched Ft 360,000.

Last Thursday the 'Thursday Night Crowd' was back in town at Jack Doyle’s. There was a very special reason for this. One of the lovely members of the Thursday night Crowd, Sylvia, was to be united with her sister that she never knew she had until this year, thanks to lots of research by Chris Clarke none the less!!

Hungarian President János Áder has sent a message of condolences to US President Donald Trump over Tuesday’s terror attack in New York in which eight people died. Áder wrote that he was shocked by the news of the “cruel attack” in New York in which “the lives of many innocent people were taken”.
