The Irish newspaper The Irish Times has published a list of Budapest’s five best restaurants by the country’s top travel author. Four Hungarian regions have been included on a list of the EU’s twenty poorest regions, compiled by Eurostat on the basis of a comparison of regions’ GDP per capita on 2013 price levels to the EU-28 average for that year. The results show that Central London is the most prosperous region, with its Gross Domestic Product amounting to 325 per cent of the EU average.
