Interior Minister Sándor Pintér has ordered a partial closure of the Croatian border at the Murakeresztúr, Magyarbóly and Gyékényes train stations for 30 days, according to a decision published in Magyar Közlöny. The measure affects passenger traffic, road and rail goods transportation. Pintér cited public safety as the reason behind the decision.

In 2015 the Annual Service of Remembrance will be held on Sunday 8 November. The traditional service and wreath-laying ceremony will take place at the Commonwealth War Cemetery of Solymár at 10:55. Everybody is welcome to attend the ecumenical service. Those who do are kindly requested to arrive at the cemetery no later than 10:45. The service lasts approximately 20 minutes.
