"We finished today a bit stronger than before. It was very long, 40km and very hot, 36 degrees. 50 people have now pulled out which tells us how bad it can get. Simon and I are well though. A few blisters and sore legs but nothing serious.

"Harry Harron and Simon Saunders finished Stage 4 of Marathon des Sables, it took them almost 20 hours before they arrived - hopefully in relatively good condition - at 5 am this morning at the camp site. Today they will have a rest, then they have another 2 days to run which will be 60 km. They will finish on Saturday."
