Almost 50% of the guests came from abroad and the festival passes were sold out months before the start of the event. The number of Hungarian tourists in Croatia rose by 10.7 percent to 73,600 in the first half of the year, compared to the same period in 2013, the Budapest representative of the Croatian Tourist Board told MTI on Tuesday. The Hungarians spent 6.1 percent more time in Croatia, a total of 290,700 nights in January-June, compared to the first half of last year, Marin Skenderovic said.
