There will be again a record number of exhibitors nearly 250 designers will turn Millenáris into a vibrant market place. Four-fifths of Hungarians would like to see the government spend less money on football stadiums, Socialist Party executive committee member Balázs Bárány told reporters on Monday, citing a new survey. In all, 77% of respondents to a survey by the Publicus Institute commissioned by Vasárnapi Hírek said they have never been to a first division football game, and 88% do not plan to do so.

Between 15,000 and 20,000 Hungarian football fans could travel to France next year to support the national team in the European Championship, daily Magyar Nemzet said. Gábor Szabados, a sports economist, told the paper that 60-70% of the fans would travel to France by car or bus.
