The world’s most successful violinist will return to Budapest with his Johann Strauss Orchestra for one night only in 2015. Fans of the Dutch King of Waltz can look forward to a completely new program with a fantastic show. The concert will take place in the Budapest Arena on May 20, 2015.

Hungarian Sailing Association To Organise 170 Competitions This Year

The Hungarian Sailing Association (MVSZ) is to organise close to 170 competitions this year, with the traditional season-opening race on Lake Balaton to be held on 16 May at the town of Balatonfüred on the northern shore, the Association said at its first press conference of the year. The largest Hungarian race, named Kékszalag or “Blue Ribbon”, will be launched for the 47th time on 2 July.

As part of their newspaper project some Year 6 pupils at BISB kindly requested to interview Mr John Marshall the Chairman of Vác FC last week as they searched for stories to feature in their international sports section. The club were happy to accept and in line with their social initiative ‘Vác FC in the Community’ the Vác FC Owner was more than delighted to participate.
