The Irish-Hungarian Business Circle (IHBC) and the International Student Association of Semmelweis (ISAS) have a long-standing relationship with Topház, including fundraising and regular work-visits several times a year.

Participating venues include, castles, open air museums, zoos, public baths, botanical gardens, cultural centres and archives.
