Most Hungarian wine drinkers are loyal to local vintners, according to a survey commissioned by wine growers association HNT. The representative survey shows 75% of Hungarian wine drinkers do not buy foreign wine.

Goulash recipe / Ingredients: 50 dkg fresh pork meat (it could be leg or crop),50 dkg smoked meat (as you like, it could be bony),30 dkg dried bean,1 big onion,3 clove garlic, oil,salt, red paprika,1-2 pieces of hot green paprika,1 white paprika,1 tomato,some condiments,1 egg,1-2 tablespoon flour

What better way to kick off the weekend than a few drams of the golden stuff? Last Friday evening a fine array of the city’s gentry gathered together for a pre-Whisky Show taster, with some lovely gin thrown in for good measure.
Sausage Festival In Budapest, 13 - 15 October

This annual festival featuring 250 types of spiced up meat will be held at the Hungarian Railway Museum this year. As well as lots of porky specials available along several 'Sausage Streets', there will be family programs, folklore shows, 'nostalgic music programs' and dance, plus apparently presentations of enormous sausages, during this three day special Hungarian gastro event.

Now I know why in olden times they made bread only once or twice a month… This recipe takes a long time to make, but it is well worth every minute. Everyone will like this tasty, crunchy bread.

This place looks pretty dang good! I love brass things, and this place has plenty. The lights are mostly brass with some wood and leather accents. I love it. The only thing I didn’t quite like are the counters, it kind of looks like mozzarella pieces in red dirt, but whatever, the place looks great. The wait staff is super nice as well without being cheesy. However, those are the only good things ...
