Gabor Kostyál Has Won The Final Of Bocuse d'Or Selection Hungary 2010

A large number of public and huge media interest followed the finals of Bocuse d'Or at the Foodapest exhibition held Sunday and Monday.
During the two days thousands of spectators filled the bleachers set up in the exhibition hall and ahead of the large number of visitors finally Gabor Kostyál, the chef of Hotel Helikon Keszthely has won the most points from the jury of Swedish, Italian, French, Norwegian and Hungarian experts, in which we welcomed Charles Tjessemet, the winner of the 2003 Bocuse d'Or competition in Lyon, Kalman Kalla, the Hungarian cook-expert and Sven Gunnar Svensson, the 84-year old president of the Swedish Academy of Bocuse d'Or.
The "guest star" of the Competition on Monday, was the also 84 year-old Paul Bocuse, the initiating father of the competition, who himself broke out the envelope held the name of the first place holder and announced the winner.
The runner-up was Tamás Lenkei, chef of Hunguest Hotel Pelion Tapolca, while the third place was won by István Volenter."
