"The British Embassy, the British Chamber of Commerce in Hungary and the Central European University cordially invite you to participate at the next event of their series of seminars: "Global Europe - Lisbon Agenda Post 2010 and the future of Europe"

Date: 8 April 2010 (Thursday) 9.45 -13.00 (free registration from 9.00)
Venue: Central European University, Auditorium, Budapest, V. Nádor u. 9.

The seminar will be followed by a network reception.

The language of the conference is English only.

Anikó Kátai, Head of EU Economic Policy Department, MFA
Professor Uwe Puetter, Department of Public Policy, Central European University

The seminars will concentrate on the increasingly important issue of Europe's place and role in a globalizing world. Focal topics include foreign and security policy, trade and development policy, human rights and the future constitutional / institutional structure and budgetary framework of the EU.
