Event Report: Easter Happy Hour at Art’otel Budapest
To celebrate Easter and the coming of spring, the British Chamber of Commerce in Hungary was joined by the French-Hungarian Chamber of Commerce and Industry and the Irish-Hungarian Business Circle on April 1st to spend an evening welcoming the first tree buds and daffodils.

After a warm welcome by BCCH Chairman Gergely Mikola and Art’otel General Manager Alexander Fisher, guests enjoyed the light, refreshing tastes of sandwiches, roast potato wedges, fried chicken, crab and salad before going on a tour of the hotel, which was also a unique chance to see the stunning Danube and Castle District views from the rooms of the hotel, not to mention the baroque wing which, as part of the World Heritage, has been kept and restored in its old style.

The tour also served as help with the special Easter quiz for attendees, as clues were given along the way – an Easter egg hunt with a twist!

Prizes were courtesy of Diageo and TESCO, and the main prize, a wine dinner for two, was offered by the hotel. Congratulations to the lucky winner!

A great evening to enjoy the first fresh spring breezes and scents in beautiful surroundings overlooking the Danube on one side and the Castle District on the other.

Liam Crow - Capital Growth Solutions: "It was ok, although the food was slightly disappointing. But it was good to get a glimpse of the hotel :) Not near as good as March 1st event though!!"
