New BKV Boat Service In Budapest Started On 1 July
City council approved a plan to have boats carry passengers on the Danube within Budapest as part of the public transport operations. The fee is Ft 400, but seasonal passes will be accepted. The ferry services started on July 1.

One service  takes passengers every hour from 7 a.m., to 7 p.m., between Árpád út in the Fourth District and Haller utca in the Ninth, another operates between Római fürdő in the Third District and Kopaszi gát in the 11th during rush hours and on weekends.
