Wizz Air now re-launched its website and reservation system after an unprecedented investment in upgrading wizzair.com and preparing it for future growth. A team of over 50 specialized professionals worked for six months to create the new wizzair.com and train over 150 airport and customer service agents to use its new booking system.
Wizzair.com now offers enhanced speed and usability and is prepared to offer new ancillary travel services, which confirms wizzair.com as a one stop shop for all travel needs.
Wizz Air topped the old website’s capacity with offering its low fares in 18 languages and the new wizzair.com is now prepared to run on more languages than ever before. Wizz Air’s new booking system will accommodate booking requests and travel inquires from hundreds of thousands of customers every day.
