Come and join us on 20th August in light of our National Day’s culinary celebrations. Our Executive Chef composed a mouth-watering buffet menu for St. Stephen’s Day accompanied with live entertainment.

Highlights of the menu:

Cold Starters

Wild salmon marinated with ginger, orange and honey, served with mustard – dill sauce
Home made goose liver terrine served with Cumberland sauce
Roasted pork fillet garnished with stuffed eggs
Smoked Mangaliza ham served with melon variety
Mediterranean fish terrine served with saffron mayonnaise

Antipasti

Vitello tonnato
Tomato – Mozzarella drizzled with basil pesto
Grilled marinated vegetables (zucchini, eggplant, paprika, mushrooms, artichokes, radicchio)
