Labor Code For Managers Blended Learning Program Launched In Budapest
For the first time in Hungary, a Labor Code for Managers Blended Learning Program was developed by Innotica Group, a leading e-learning and knowledge management provider of CEE, in cooperation with bpv - JÁDI NÉMETH Attorneys at Law, an international law firm providing premium legal services.

It is the first time in Hungary that an e-learning provider and an international law firm presents a comprehensive, interactive blended learning program. The new Hungarian Labor Code has entered into force slightly more than two months ago and there have not been yet any similar online learning tools on the market, which would have delivered the essential knowledge on the basic legal terms and conditions of employment quickly and efficiently to managers.

The e-learning material contains three modules. The first module focuses on key issues of Labor Code from a management perspective. The second module sums up recent changes in legislation and its impact to human resources management. The third module provides several case studies on typical management mistakes regarding every day’s practice.

The highly interactive exercises, practical Q&As and case studies enable managers to almost unconsciously acquire comprehensive legal knowledge within a short time. The blended learning program offers custom-tailored follow-up workshops with senior lawyers and trainers.

Dr. Andrea Jádi Németh, Managing Partner of bpv │ JÁDI NÉMETH Attorneys at Law emphasized: “I am very proud of the blended learning program as no similar learning has ever been released in Hungary before. We aimed to create and develop a material that satisfies the highest quality expectations and is also properly suited to give professional guidance to managers regarding the most sensitive areas of labor law. I truly hope that the applied most advanced learning technology solutions of Innotica Group will enable managers to gain a comprehensive knowledge, that is essential for every day’s management and also successful dispute resolution.”

Dr. Zoltán Csedő, General Manager of Innotica Group highlighted: “The Labor Code for Managers Blended Learning Program provides the most efficient way to acquire such a comprehensive knowledge. The most advanced on-line learning technology and a highly practical, case study based approach offers a unique learning experience for managers. Our follow-up workshops offer custom-tailored solutions to many typical challenges within human resources management. Committed ourselves to the highest quality of professional services, it has been a great pleasure developing the learning material in cooperation with the experienced lawyers of bpv │ JÁDI NÉMETH Attorneys at Law.”
