"I would like to extend my appreciation and congratulations to the people of Hungary as we celebrate nearly 20 years of successful partnership between your defense forces and our Ohio National Guard."

Visiting Budapest as his last stop on a multi-country trip, Secretary Mabus expressed his thanks for Hungary's support to the International Security Assistance Force in Afghanistan. Secretary Mabus also commended Hungary for its contributions to Balkan security and hosting the C-17 operational airlift missions at Papa Air Base.
