Israeli-Hungarian Economic Cooperation Holds Further Potential
There are still opportunities remaining in Israeli-Hungarian economic cooperation, State Secretary for Foreign Affairs and External Economic Relations Péter Szijjártó said after meeting with representatives of major Israeli companies operating in Hungary.

The State Secretary informed the company managers about the main points of Hungary’s economic policy as well as about the Government’s decision to support R&D.

He pointed out that annual trade between the two countries amounts to some 600 million dollars and even though Hungary attracts the largest amount of Israeli capital within the region there is still plenty of potential, mostly in the fields of agriculture, pharmaceuticals, infrastructure projects and various transfers of technology.
